These separators extract and recovery the ferrous parts that are among the material that circulates on a conveyor belt.
They can be manual cleaning or automatic cleaning. In the latter case, the separator has a ribbed, rubber cleaning belt, that drag the trapped pieces by the separator and detaches them out of the conveyor.
Similarly, these magnetic separators can also be divided into electromagnetic separators, where a powerful coil is fed in direct current through an electrical cabinet, or permanent magnet, where the magnetic force is made through a magnetic circuit of permanent magnets.
This coil (electromagnet) or permanent magnet, make up the main structure of the separator and can be supplied alone (manual cleaning) or with other elements, drive unit, drums, …(automatic cleaning).
