Small magnetic lifts

The handling of heavy ferrous materials in boiler shops, warehouses, workshops, etc., involves a considerable loss of time in securing or bracing the parts and the need to maintain a large workforce.

This posed a serious problem for those industries which, due to their small size, were unable to install a traditional lifting electromagnet, which requires a significant investment to purchase and is complicated to install in terms of power supply and control.

On the other hand, the materials to be moved in this type of industry do not often exceed 1000 kg and very rarely exceed 2000 kg, while normal electromagnets, designed for intensive work in more specific industries, have a much higher power that logically would not be used, with the consequent losses.

These small magnets can solve all these problems in small industries at a low cost, with no installation expenses and very low or zero energy consumption.
