Electromagnets for handling profile packages (movable poles)

The tripolar electromagnets with movable poles, patented by FELEMAMG, represent a breakthrough in magnetic and electromagnetic lifting. They stand out for their large cross-section, depth of field, and ability to adapt to non-flat surfaces, such as profiles, tubes, or round shapes, making them ideal for use in parks and warehouses.

The mobility of the poles improves magnetic contact by adjusting to uneven surfaces, increasing lifting capacity without the need for large permanent magnets or coils.

They are also designed to attract a large part of the bundle thickness, reducing tension in the ties. The magnetic circuit adapts to the width of the bundle, and its robust construction allows it to operate under high demands.

Depending on the length of the load, several electromagnets can be mounted on fixed or telescopic beams, preventing bending. The system includes electrical power supply, control, and protection equipment, which provides constant currentfor safe and efficient operation.
