FR-E type electromagnets are electromagnets with a high load capacity, three times greater than circular electromagnets of the same size, improving installation efficiency. Furthermore, their shape allows access to rectangular containers in which electromagnets are necessary to separate low-density metals.
The improvement in the electromagnet’s capacity is due to the fact that the lifted material is attracted by an external pole without creating an “inverted cone” shape, allowing for the lifting and separation of a greater amount of material, as it remains stuck around the perimeter.
The electromagnets in this series are manufactured according to the customer’s width and length requirements, ensuring that the perfect electromagnet is supplied for each application.
Although this type of electromagnet can be powered in the traditional way by any 220 V source, it uses special electrical equipment to maintain its high quality standards.
