Last year, a versatile electromagnetic lifting installation was installed and commissioned in Peru, designed for handling bundles of strapped pipes.
The packages consist of round and rectangular tubes, with rectangular and hexagonal shapes.
The installation consists of a fixed beam with four FSRT-type electromagnets, specially designed for handling pipe bundles. The beam has a mechanism for rotating the electromagnets so that all four can work in a row to handle a single bundle, or two at a time to handle two bundles simultaneously.

It is completed with state-of-the-art electrical power supply and control equipment, with a lead emergency battery system and constant current power supply to the electromagnets, allowing us to maintain the same level of force throughout all working hours.
In addition, it incorporates a continuous control system for all installation variables, allowing us to monitor surge levels, overcurrent, magnet temperature, etc. at all times, thereby guaranteeing the condition and availability of the entire installation at all times.
